Won by half a length; a neck. Debham was fourth. Time, 1.47 2-5. WAIRARAPA COUNTY CUP I', miles 1 Siglow, 9.0 (Goulsboro) 1 2 Counter, 7.0 (Vaughan) 2 3 Siegmund, 8.12 (Burgess) 3 Scratched: White Rajah and Galteemore. Counter led most of the way, Siglow eventually overhauling him to win by half a length. Siegmund broke down. Time, 2.6.
