Mr and Mrs Peter Cardno. Papakura. are visiting Masterton.
Mrs Ft. Bahout, who has been visiting Masterton, returned to Palmerston North today. Mr and Mrs E. A. Staniforth, Dixon Street, Masterton. are spending a holiday at Seatoun.
Mr and Mrs V. Jones. Essex Street, Masterton, are visiting the South Island.
Mr and Mrs .Arthur Tait, Otorohanga, who have been attending the Ballance Jubilee celebrations are now visiting Featherston, and are the guests of Mr and Mrs J. W. Fellingham. Later they will visit their son in Christchurch.
On a visit to their old home town, Mr and Mrs J. T. Johnson, of To Awamutu, are the guests of Mrs Johnson's mother, Mrs Billington, of Colombo Road. Mr Johnson, who is chairman of the Te Awamutu Power Board, is to attend the regional meeting of North Island Electric Supply Authorities and Power Boards being held at Palmerston North today.
