AIR AND ANTFAIRCRAFT BASES GRANTED TO UNITED STATES. PROVISION FOR COMPENSATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 1.25 p.m.) PANAMA CITY, March 5. The Republic of Panama has agreed to grant sites for air and anti-aircraft bases to the United States for defence of the canal. The agreement provides that Panama will be adequately compensated and the land returned whe> the emergency is considered to bo over.
