ENGAGE IN DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST U.S.A. AID BILL. UNUSUAL PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT CAPITOL. WASHINGTON. February 26. Unusual precautions to protect the Capitol arc being taken partly as the result of demonstrations against the Aid Bill, mostly staged by elderly neurotic women. Guards, who were formerly on duty from 8 a.m. till midnight are now placed at all entrances on a 24-hour basis. A group of 40 women waved flags, and signs variously inscribed, including one with the words "send Halifax home.’’
