In his opinion the porker class was i generally good, particularly in regard ! to a pair of pigs entered by Mr S. H. Cotter, said the judge of the porkers and baconers. Mr A. A. Johnson. Palmerston North. Several good pigs were noticeable in the light baconer section i but the heavy baconers mostly were of I poor quality in that they were too fat ' for their length.
