FRICTION OVER PAYMENT OF UNION FEES. DIFFERENCES ON SHOWGROUND. Late yesterday afternoon a considerable amount of argument occurred in the secretary's office at the Mastcrlon A. and P. Show concerning tiie attitude of union officials towards men employed temporarily on tiie gates.
