Ltd., report on their Eketahuna sale as follows:—A good entry of sheep was submitted to a fair attendance of local buyers. GOOD ENQUIRY FOR SHEEP. Messrs. Wright. Stephenson and Co.. Ltd., report as follows on their Carterton sale yesterday. There was a big offering of sheep, while cattle and pigs were not up to last sale in numbers. The enquiry for sheep was good, and although the majority comprised small lambs, these sold particularly well. Cattle were slightly easier. Pigs sold at late rates.
