SOMETHING FOR SUPPER

MARSHMALLOW WHIP. Cut 2 dozen marshmallows into pieces and place them in a double saucepan with 1 cup milk. Stir over hot water until melted. Allow to cool, then place in freezing tray until quite mushy. Add a few drops essence peppermint and a little green colouring. Beat well until smooth, then add 2 cups whipped cream. Return to freezing tray and allow to freeze until firm. Serve with chocolate sauce.
