TEACHING OF DANCING
Miss Beulah Hirst the well-known .Masterton performer has announced her intention to commence the teaching of dancing in Masterton. Miss Hirst who is a pupil of Miss Phylis O’Shea, of Wellington < who is the only holder of Solo Seal in New Zealand) is now studying for her M.R.A D. examination, which will take place in July, having previously passed her advanced grade examination with very high honours. Miss Hirsts’ successes in competition work will be well remembered and when the Russian ballets were last in New Zealand Miss Hirst was fortunate enough to receive a course of tuition from Anton Dolan, the celebrated danseur. Pupils will be trained in all branches of dancing for concert work, competitions and R..A.D. examinations. Enquiries may be made at "Nymphsfield." High Street or by telephone 1559.
