A meeting of the Greytown Citizens’ Patriotic Committee was held in the Council Chambers last night. The Mayor, Mr. A. W. Mrs. A. W. Horton was appointed convenor for the town committee. Mesdames Harris and Fit! were appointed convenors for the Native queen.

March 28 was fixed for the closing of the Queen Carnival. The Queen Carnival tickets will be one penny per vote.

A meeting of the Town Ladies' Committee is to be held on Friday to select the Town Queen and set up committees. Mrs. Hornto hopes for a full attendance at the meeting which will be held in the Town Hall.
