January 27. If was revealed at the inquest on the Earl of Errnll, who was reported on January 24 to have been killed in a motor accident, that he was possibly murdered. A doctor stated that death was due to wounds caused by revolver bullets entering from behind the left ear. These were unlikely to have been self-inflicted. The inquest was adjourned.
