FEATHERSTON
PATRIOTIC EFFORT WINNER OF DOLL AND COT. ("Times-Age" Special.) A doll and cot donated by Miss Phyllis Hatton for the Patriotic Appeal was won by Miss Noeline Cowan, care of Mr P. Smith, Featherston. The funds will consequently benefit to the extent of £8 3s as a result of Miss Hatton’s effort. Mission Girls’ Camp. A party of girls from the Wellington City Mission (Anglican) arrived in Featherston yesterday and were taken to Western Lake, where they will camp till Saturday. Personal.
