CASUALTY LIST
AIRMAN SERIOUSLY ILL. The following casualty was announced in Wellington yesterday: Corporal Arthur James Waterman. R.N.Z.A.F. Station, Harewood, seriously ill in Oamaru Hospital, 'suffering from acute appendicitis. Next-of-kin: Wife, Mrs A. J. Waterman, 58 Filleul Street, Dunedin. CARTERTON VICTIM. EYESIGHT LOST AS RESULT OF ACCIDENT. Mrs 0. Humphries, Hilton Road, Carterton. has received official advice that her son, Private C. H. Humphries, has lost his eyesight as the result of an accident during military duties in Egypt. Private Humphries left New Zealand with the First Echelon.
