In connection with the nursing division of the local St. John Ambulance Brigade the following passed in the Home Nursing examination:— Hazel Bell, Peggy Andrews, Doris 01liver, Jean Fisher, Maud Speedy, Norma Stalker, Una Holtham, Marion Prout, Violet Pool, Elma Chapman, Ismay Savage, Margaret Wrigley, Joyce Gill, Avice Peterson, Marion Holdsworth, Nora Robinson, Beatrice Rielly, Celily Francis, Beris Boyes, Ethel Johnston, Maida Andrew, Beryl Groves, Gladys Collinge, Isabel Barton, Constance Shearer, Mary Illingworth, Joan Andrews, Noeline Wickens, Mary Innes, Jean Miller, Elaine Hanley, Gwen Harrington, Joan Whiting, Pat Baskiville, Mabel Chapman, Marie O'Connor, Winnie Young, Joan Gemmell. Mrs H. E. Pither held the winning number in the khaki scarf raffle.
