Leading Uruguayan newspapers point out that the Admiral Graf Spee was destroying commerce, while the Carnarvon Castle was protecting it. yet under Uruguay's observance of neutrality the Carnarvon Castle was given the same treatment as the Graf Spee, which is ridiculotis.
