KING’S BIRTHDAY
HIS MAJESTY 45 YEARS OLD. Flags were flown on Government and other buildings in Masterton Today in honour of the King's 45th birthday. King George VI was born at Sandringham on December 14, 1895. He is the second son of the late King George V and Queen Mary. He was christened Albert Frederick Arthur George, and was known as Prince Albert till created Duke of York in 19'20.
