GREEKS SEEK OLYMPIC SUPPORT. SYMPATHETIC NEW ZEALAND REPLY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The New Zealand Olympic Association has received from the Greek Olympic Committee a cable referring to the difficult competition entered upon by the Greeks against the Italians and asking for moral support for a campaign of propaganda, to spread in the whole athletic world the conviction that Greece is standing as a defender of liberty and honour.

The New Zealand Committee has sent a cable in reply, stating that New Zealand athletes and people are filled with admiration at Greece’s magnicent efforts and that New Zealand athletes are doing their part in the fight against aggression and tyranny.
