Miss Dorothy’ Stilborn, Tinui, is staying with the Misses Stilborn, Pownall Street, Masterton. Mrs E. G. Norman and Mrs Gardiner, Cole Street, have returned to Masterton from a short visit to Hawke’s Bay. Mrs Stewart, who has been staying with her daughter, Mrs E. F. Barton, Lansdowne, has returned to Wellington. Mrs Alistair Buchanan, New Plymouth, is visiting her mother, Mrs H. J. W. Lord, Essex Street, Masterton. The death has occurred in Hastings of Mrs. Catherine Milne, at the age of 71 years. Mrs. Milne was a daughter of the late Mr. Amos McKegg, Henley, Otago. For a number of years she lived in the Manawatu and subsequently in Hawke’s Bay, being postmistress in Ohau and later in Greenmeadows.
