AIR WARFARE

COMING IN FULL FURY IN THE SPRING LORD BEAVERBROOK’S FORECAST. GREATEST POSSIBLE PRODUCTION OF BRITISH PLANES. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON. December 6. Lord Beaverbrook, Minister of Aircraft Production, in a speech said: “No doubt the air battle will be resumed in full fury in the spring. It s is preposterous to think that the worst is over. Germany is certain to attack us most violently from the air after the winter witn all the forces it is possible to muster. The greatest number of planes produceable in Britain will be rolled out from the factories between now and March. The public presently will be lulled into a sense of security, but I am convinced that a formidable attack is coming.”
