WAR CABINET
SUGGESTION REJECTED IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, December 3. The Lord Privy Seal, Mr. Attlee, gave a negative reply to a question in the House of Commons asking the Government to revert to the policy of having a War Cabinet composed of Ministers free of departmental duties and responsibilities.
