NAVY BLUE DRESS. Nautical and new is the navy blue silk dress worn by Miss June Preisser, the film actress. With two tiny pockets on either side, the blouse top has a large sailor styled collar trimmed in white stripes. Pulled in at the waist, the skirt flares out with matching horizontal stripes at the hemline. Effective is the navy blue felt sailor hat v/ith binding. The Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer actress wears navy and white spectator pumps and carries a white alligator bag, to complete the outfit.
