CHURCH SERVICES

The Holy Communion will be celebrated at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. in St. Matthew’s Church, Masterton, tomorrow. The Rev. H. Taepa will preach at 11 a.m., and Archdeacon Rich at 7 p.m. The Rev. V. W. Joblin will conduct the evening service at Kuripuni. A Sunday school prize-giving service will be held at Taueru in the afternoon. Mr W. J. Lowe wil speak at both Church of Christ services tomorrow. The morning service at Knox Church. Masterton, and at Matahiwi and Ngahape tomorrow, will be conducted by the Rev. John Davie. The evening service at Knox Church and the services at Te Whiti and Westmere will be conducted by Mr Ivan Muir, B.A. The morning service at the Masterton Methodist Church tomorrow will be conducted by the Rev. G. T. Symonds. 8.A., B.D. Mr Symonds is the senior director of the youth work of the Methodist Church, and is widely known and acknowledged as an authority. on Sunday school. Bible class and youth interests. The evening service will be conducted by the Rev. H. S. Kings, and will conclude with the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper. There will be a service at 2.30 p.m. at Wangaehu. The evening service at Kuripuni will be under the direction of the Mission Band.
