ST. ANDREW CONCERT

PERFORMACE IN MASTERTON TOMORROW NIGHT. SOUVENIR PROGRAMME PREPARED. An attractive souvenir programme has been prepared for the St. Andrew Society concert to be presented in the Opera House tomorrow night, on the occasion of St. Andrew’s Day celebration. Coupled with each item appearing in the programme is a quotation from a Scottish poet appropriate to the number to be presented. The programme also contains particulars of tartans to be worn during the evening’performance by the choir, dancers and others. The tartans to be seen are: Cameron, Cameron of Erracht, Cameron of Lochiel, Gordon, Macgregor, Mackay. MacKenzie, MacLaren, Munro, Ramsay, Royal Stewart, Robertson. Sutherland (Black Watch), Green Douglas, Grey Douglas. MacDougall, Maclean, Hunting Stewart, and Urquhart. Needless to say an especially attractive programme has been arranged and patrons are' well advised to book their seals. As half the net proceeds of the concert are to be devoted to the patriotic fund a small charge is being made for copies of the souvenir programme.
