LARGE RESERVES
STILL HELD BY BRITAIN CASH AND NEGOTIABLE SECURITIES. IN WESTERN HEMISPHERE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 28. Mr Morgenthau (Secretary to the Treasury) said Britain has no reason to consider selling possessions to raise cash. He indicated that Britain still had large reserves of cash and negotiable securities in the Western Hemisphere.
