FAROE ISLANDS
STATUS UNDER BRITISH OCCUPATION. STILL PART OF DENMARK. (British OlHeliil Wireless.! (Received This Day. 11 a.m.) RUGBY. November 28. The Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs. Mr. R. A. Butler, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said the Faroe Islands were occupied by his Majesty's forces and all communications with Denmark had been terminated, but the islands still remain part of Denmark and will continue to be administered by the Danish Government in conjunction with an acting local Parliament.
