JAPANESE ENVOY
NEW CONSUL-GENERAL IN BATAVIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) BATAVIA. November 27. The newly-appointed Japanese Con-sul-General, Mr Ishizawa, has arrived at Sourabaya with his family. He replaces Mr Saito, who has been promoted to the position of Director of the South Seas Affairs Bureau, which recently was created in the Foreign Office.
