The Nippon Yusen Kaisha liners are not calling at Hong Kong, on their southward voyages, after December 1? No reason is given, but. it is suggested that it is intended to give Rome-Berlin Axis nationals a southward exit without stopping at Hong Kong, where they are subject to seizure.
