For the first day of the Forbury Park trotting meeting yesterday, the weather was for the most part overcast. The track was heavy for the start after the ,recent rain, but improved. The totalisator handled £28,499, compared with £20,239 10s on the first day last year, which was a Thursday, and £29,291 10s on the second day (Saturday). Results: —
