ASSEMBLY RESOLUTIONS. (By Telegraph—Press! Association.) PALMERSTON N.. This Day. The Presbyterian Assembly passed a resolution reaffirming the Assembly's loyal and allegiance to the throne and person of the King, praying that the King. Queen and members of the Royal Family be preserved from the perils of war and also that our brethren in the Homeland may be enabled to endure their many trials and that by the mercy of Almighty God. victory for the cause of truth, freedom and humanity may be achieved as a precursor to lasting and secure peace. The Assembly also passed a resolution acknowledging the services of the late Mr Neville Chamberlain.
