CIRCULARS ADDRESSED TO TERRITORIALS. INDIGNATION EXPRESSED IN MARLBOROUGH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM. This Day. Considerable indignation is felt bj r Marlborough men called up in the Territorial ballot at the receipt of a clev-erly-worded document relating to objections to military service. The document reads as follows: “The Conscientious Objectors’ AdvisorjCommittee is willing to help in every way possible all who desire information concerning the provisions relating to conscientious objection to military service." It is signed for the committee by the Rev. B. C. Dowling. Mrs Lucy Gibson and Mr A. C. Barrington. An address is given.
The circulars were posted in unsealed envelopes from Wellington.
