COMMENT IN CANADIAN HOUSE. A SUGGESTED APPROACH. In the Canadian House of Commons, the 8.8. C. reports, a member referred to the difficult situation caused by the adoption of extreme neutrality on the part of Eire. He suggested that Eire be ap*proached to lease to Canada ports on the west and south coasts.
