REPORTED RESIGNATION OF ADMIRAL DECOUX. PRESSURE FROM DE GAULLE SUPPORTERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.25 a.m.) SHANGHAI. November 11. The Domei Agency’s Hanoi correspondent states that Admiral Decoux (Governor of Indo-China) has resigned. His action is believed to be due to difficulties created by a strong body of De Gaulle followers in Saigon.
