INDIAN FLAX
BAN ON EXPORTS TO JAPAN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) OSAKA, November 8. The Prefectural Trade Institute has announced that the Calcutta Customs Department is refusing applications for the export of raw flax, as well as processed flax products, to Japan, Manchukuo and Formosa. The decision is effective as from today.
