PEARL RIVER
REOPENING TODAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day. 9.10 a.m.) HONG KONG. November 8. Semi-official Japanese sources report that the Pearl River is being reopened tomorrow to vessels plying between Macao. Hong Kong and Canton River. Trade was previously closed by the Japanese, allegedly owing to cholera epidemics.
