NEARLY ALL SWISS PAPERS. i By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, November 6. Montreux reports that Italy has banned all Swiss newspapers except the "Basler Nachrichten” and the “Niue Zuercher Zeitung” because they published news agency reports of lack of Italian success against Greece. The Rome paper “Giornale d’ltalia” asks: “Is Switzerland really neutral?” and adds that the Swiss newspapers express great satisfaction at the Greek resistance.
