Id. to 3s. 3d. punnet; Nelson, Is. sd. to Is. 9d. punnet; gooseberries, 7jd. to 9d. a lb. Tomatoes, hothouse, Is. Id. to Is. lOd. a lb.; beans, hothouse, Is. 9d. to 2s. id. a lb.; tree tomatoes, 10s. to 14s. a half case; bronze plums, Bs. to 9s. a half case; grapefruit, Bs. to 14s. a case. Asparagus, 9d. to Is. 6d. a 1 lb bunch; cucumbers, hot house, 7s. to 18s. dozen; green peas, 3Jd. to 4Jd. a lb. New potatoes, 7s. 6d. to Bs. 6d. sugar bag; potatoes, 3s. 6d. to 6s. 6d. a cwt; onions, 15s. to 225. cental bag; cucumbers, 12s. to 225. 6d. sugar bag; cabbage, spring, 2s. to Bs. 3d. case; lettuce; choice, 7s. to 12s. 6d. case, others, 3s. to 6s. case.
