PARTY LEAVES FOR HOME INCLUDING CONSUL-GENERAL. FIVE HUNDRED REMAINING. (By Telegraph—Press -Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 4. A party of 171 Japanese who left London on October 31 to join a special Japanese liner for home included the Japanese Consul-General in London, Mr Uchiyama. Five hundred Japanese are remaining in Britain.
