The “Daily Mail's” Belgrade correspondent says the Danube Conference has not met for three days. Soviet circles allege that the regime established by Germany on the Upper Danube places the entire control of the river in German hands, whereas the control of the maritime reaches, from Braila to Sulina, should be exclusively the right of Russia and Rumania.
