FEATHERSTON
TWENTY-FIRST BIRTHDAY AN ENJOYABLE PARTY. ("Times-Age” Special.) To mark the coming of age of their son, Joseph. Mr and Mrs G. Warrington held a party in the Pahautea Hall there being a large attendance. An enjoyable time was spent in playing euchre and in dancing. The winners of the card tournament were: Ladies, Miss Nancy Cade 1. Mrs Jensen 2; men, Mr G. Enoka I, Mr V. Wood 2. The music for the dancing was supplied by Mr Matenga. After supper, the toast of the guest of honour was proposed by Mr C. Jensen, and drunk with musical honours. Among those present were several visitors from Carterton. Personal Items. Mrs Saxton, New Plymouth, is visiting her daughter, Mrs H. R. Bloxam. Miss Margaret Bargh, Pahautea, is visiting relatives in Dannevirke. Miss Tildesley, Mangamahoe, is the guest of Mrs G. Grant, Pahautea.
