COMPANY RETURNS. The Gillespie’s Beach dredge return for the week ended October 26 was 320 z. of gold for 128 hours from 15,912 cubic yards. The Mossy Creek dredge return was 420 z from 13,537 cubic yards in 144 hours. The Argo dredge reports a Return of 27 ounces from 10,000 cubic yards in 126 hours. Wellington Alluvials Limited reports that during the four weeks ended October 12, the dredge worked 583 hours, handling 274,000 yards of material and recovering bullion estimated to contain 1474 ounces of. fine gold.
