ORDER OF DRUIDS

STONEHENGE LODGE. FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. The fortnightly meeting of the Stonehenge Lodge of Druids was held in the Foresters’ Hall, the A.D., Bro. A. W. Hearle, presiding over a large attendance of visitors and brethren. Bro. A. Williams. J.P.G.P., an officer of Grand Lodge, was present and was accorded a very cordial welcome. The lodges of No. 1 District were well represented and were also warmly welcomed. A strong committee was formed to make arrangements for the annual Christmas tree function, which will be held on December 14. The secretary reported that seven members had declared on the sick benefit fund of the lodge and one had declared off. Favourable reports were received concerning the sick members. One clearance on behalf of a brother was granted to Eureka Lodge. The A.D.. Bro. A. W. Hearle. extended a hearty welcome to all the visitors and thanked them for having made the journey under such adverse weather conditions.
