HAVANA CONVENTION
COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) WASHINGTON. October 25. The committee delegated under the Havana Convention to assume control of threatened European possessions in the Western Hemisphere became eflective on October 24 with the appointment of the fourteenth member by Ecuador, the others represented being the United States. Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica. Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala. Haiti, Honduras. Nicaragua. Panama. Dominica and Venezuela.
