AMERICAN DELIVERIES TO BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON, October 25. During September Britain obtained delivery of war materials from the United States to the value of 16.000.000 dollars, of which 11,000,000 dollars was for aircraft. For nine months Britain obtained licences for 421,000,000 dollars worth of war material, of which 229.000.000 dollars was for aircraft. The total deliveries were 114,000,000 dollars worth, of which 50,000,000 dollars was for aircraft.
