OBITUARY
MRS. ROSA KERR. The death occurred ac Onehunga, Auckland, yesterday,’after a long illness of Mrs Rosa Kerr, wife of Mr. James Kerr, formerly postmaster at Eketahuna and for a number of years on the staff of the Masterton Post Office. While residing in the Wairarapa, the deceased took a very prominent part in croquet and was a firstclass player. She was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends inMasterton who will learn with deep regret of her death. Besides her husband she leaves a family of three—one daughter, Mrs. J. Cooper, of Onehunga, and two sons, Mr. A. Kerr, of Hamilton, and Mr. Lacey Kerr, of the Public Trust Office, Auckland. Mr. D. F. Thurston, Cole Street, is a brother.
