ESCAPE FROM WAR DANGERS. STATEMENT BY PREMIER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BELGRADE, October 22. The Premier. M. Tsvetkovitch, in a speech, said: “Thank God, events are now fairly crystallised. We have a clear international situation. Our foreign policy must be to avoid any adventure leading us from peace.” He added that the agreement with Germany allowed Yugoslavia complete economic freedom. The Government's first care must be the preservation of internal concord and also the assurance of adequate provisioning for winter.
