MT. NGAURUHOE
STILL ERUPTING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, October 21. Mount Ngauruhoe is still erupting, Clouds of grey smoke rising from the crater were seen from the Chateau today. The mountain has been active for a month. ' • Ash is lying on its slopes and also on Mount Tongariro. Most of the snow has disappeared from both mountains. Reports yesterday stated that Ngauruhoe is crumbling near the top.
