October 18. A denial of a report alleging that Japanese troops had landed in IndoChina in much larger numbers than were provided for in the FrenchJapanese agreement has been issued by official French sources in Shanghai on advices from the Government of IndoChina. It is stated that the FrenchJapanese military agreement is being executed normally and that Japanese troops have been stationed in barrocks in those centres mentioned in the agreement.
