PASSPORT RESTRICTIONS
AMERICANS AND THE FAR EAST. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) WASHINGTON. October 15. To keep Americans from danger in the Far East the State Department announces that passports are not being issued unless the applicant can supply a satisfactory reason for going to the Far East. Such restrictions hitherto have applied only to Europe.
