The Supreme Court has granted Earl Browder, secretary of the American Communist Party, a review of his conviction on the charge of using a false passport. Browder is the Communist Party’s Presidential candidate. Browder was found guilty last January on two counts of passport frauds and sentenced to four years’ imprisonment and fined 2000 dollars.
