Work at the wells is functioning normally. < Crack Soviet units, including motorised units and planes, have replaced the original occupation troops in Bessarabia. The Germans are entrenched on the western bank of the Pruth. The German news agency said there was no foundation for reports that German troops had gone to Bulgaria.
